How to get back into your account

Enter the email address of your account. Fanxy will send a link there so you can choose a new password.

Can’t use email?

Fanxy doesn’t send text messages. If your account only has a phone number, or that email no longer receives mail, get back in with these three steps:

   Contact the person who runs Fanxy, or whoever invited you. Tell them your username and the phone number or email you signed up with.

   Once they have checked that the account is yours, they send you a link. It works once and expires after 24 hours.

   Open the link and choose a new password, then sign in as usual.

Nobody at Fanxy will ever ask for your password. Don’t send it to anyone.
